How Long Does Ordering, Design, & Shipping Take?

Once you have the order placed:

We should be able to have the artwork finalized in about 1 week. This relies on approval or edits on drafts being replied to quickly.

It then goes to print which will take 1 week before it mails out. 

Shipping To Your Practice:
We offer free shipping to your practice on most products. This can save a lot since paper products are heavy and includes standard ground shipping. Most orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. Most products ship from the western united states so speed will vary depending on your location.

If you’re in a hurry, we can quote 2 or 3-day shipping prices on a case-by-case basis.

Direct Mailing To Your Patients:
On postcards, newsletters, and some other products we can direct mail your product to your past patient list via USPS. Exact arrival dates vary but the average for bulk flat mail is 12 days after being picked up by USPS.
